I drink it most days. The vanilla is the most disgusting thing ever, though; we had to send that one back. I use the chocolate and put it in a smoothie with veggies, fruit and almond butter, but I don't put in a full scoop. It's just too sweet and grainy if I use the full scoop. Plus, it lasts longer if I only use 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop!

DH and I have both noticed improvements in general digestive issues and I've lost a few pounds while using it (but I'm not doing any of the programs, so if you're strictly following that, it's probably much more effective on the weight loss component!).

I did not like it at all. I tried vegan shakeology (either chocolate or vanilla - I can't remember which) - it tasted awful (even mixed with berries, banana, and spinach). It also gave me horrible headaches and made me nauseous. I tried it for a week, and just couldn't choke it down any longer.

They do have a return policy (if you don't like it, you can send it back in 30 days and get a full refund (you might have to pay return shipping - I don't remember).

I liked the exercise program I tried, but I didn't love the accountability group (I didn't feel there was much "coaching" or accountability).

I love it - for me its one of those things that I cant tell if its working but when I stop drinking it I get exhausted! Which then tells me it is working!

It is FULL of so much good stuff - just google it and you can list the list.

For me its a snack, I drink it mid morning usually - my fav is chocolate with bananas

It can cause some stomach upset at first so lots of people use 1/2 scoop which makes the bag last 2 months instead of 1.

Buy a bag and try it out - they have a bottom of the bag guarantee if you don't like it after 30 days - so you have nothing to lose!

My son is intolerant to dairy and soy and I desperately needed to find easy things to grab and eat. I bought the vegan shakeology and now I can't live without it. It just makes my days so much easier, I don't have to worry about breakfast at all, ever. It definitely is expensive and I always think about canceling because of the price but, for now with my diet restrictions, and working full time with an infant, its worth the price.

Funny thing is, I tried Shakeology years ago when my sil gave my mom & I each a bag. I loved the stuff, but had no idea what the whole thing was about. Now I'm stunned to know how expensive it is & couldn't possibly bring myself to pay that much for either the shakes or the program. :bummed:

In my research I found its not bad stuff but it is overpriced. But if you don't want to think about ingredients or what type of proteins to get then it is an easy pre made mixture which may be worth the cost to some.

I hate to admit it but I love the stuff. If you buy a workout program with it, you can bring the cost down with their challenge packs. For example the shake and a workout program can cost around $160. Then you can resell the workout program on eBay for a good amount to recoup part of the cost (at least half). It is super duper pricy so I stretch it. I drink half a scoop a day so it goes double long and seems to have the same effect. I would not recommend skipping days. Tried that and I don't see results that way. Love the taste, lots of energy now and is great in conjunction with working out. I have been off and on it since November. Trying to convince myself it was not worth it and to save money. I did a lot of research on whether it was hype or not but I just had to come to a conclusion based on whether or not it works for me. It definitely works for me.

I have a friend who really wants me to join a Beach Body group with her and do workouts together and drink Shakeology. It seems like the majority of the cost of the group goes toward the Shakeology, which is an expensive powder that is supposed to act as a nutritious meal replacement. I'm not sure if all the hype about the shake is worth it, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried it and loved it or tried it and hated it. If you loved it, do you think it's worth the price? My friend said she's getting autobilled $140 a month for it.
