He took that time to put DS to bed so I brought him a plate of food to his office for dinner and as he was pulling on his headset he said "Thank you for working so hard for our family. You are so sweet for making me such delicious food for dinner and for taking care of DS and I love you very much. And you're pretty. And I feel lucky to have such a supportive wife in my life." I was a miserable mess at work and worried my coworkers were getting sick of the continued saga. I was running late one morning and walked in to find a bag from Dunkin' Donuts sitting on my desk from my Graduate Assistant- she had brought me a donut (and a banana!) and attached a note about how she knew what a crappy few weeks I'd had and that she hoped the treat would help make things better :)</p> <p>Also, last week while having my blood drawn at the Maternal Fetal doctor, the nurse told me she couldn't figure out why I was having that test because there was "no way I looked over 35"!
