Like Mrs. Bee said in her post, a paste of oxiclean works really well. Soaking doesn't always get things out, but I've yet to meet a stain (including berried) that an oxiclean paste hasn't destroyed.

@mrsjyw: haha, I can't believe I missed that post! :) Thanks for directing me. :)

@septca: yeah, the hot water makes such a difference with OxiClean. I keep forgetting to use Dawn. Maybe I will try some of the method's on Mrs. Bee's post that include Dawn.

There is something specific for oil stains in clothes. I can't remember the name but it's something really obvious like Oil Away and they sell it at most grocery stores.

Dish soap also works really well on oily/fatty stains, like BM.

I do a hot water OxyClean soak for most stains and always have good luck.

Despite my best efforts to completely cover my child in IKEA smocks everytime she eats, she STILL manages to stain her clothes, especially at daycare.

OxiClean and I are pretty tight... I use it in almost every load and it gets out of most stains.

For oily stains, I've found GooGone works great, but I hate putting something so harsh on my LOs clothing... do you know of any more natural products that work on oily stains?

For ink, rubbing alcohol works well.

Any other products that you love? LO has a Boden dress that I just love and she got an unidentified stain on it (possibly reminents of strawberry?)... neither OxiClean or Goo Gone has gotten it completely out. I'm going to try sunning it, but I don't know what else to try!
