I made a really good one the other day! Spinach, blueberry flavored coconut yogurt, frozen banana, line juice.

Also good is avocado and banana and almond milk.

Banana, almond butter, almond milk (or PB and WCM or yogurt,) and strawberries for a PBJ smoothie.

We make them all the time and share with LO. We usually do:
- Coconut, rice, or hemp milk (No dairy for LO and we aren't sure about nuts for her yet either but normally we like almond milk too)
- Baby spinach, kale, and/or chard
- One banana
- Handful of frozen fruits, usually some mix of pineapples, mangos, or berries

banana, apple, (because they are hardy & cheap so we always have them on hand) almond milk, kale or spinach, hemp seeds, chia. they like it when i put yogurt in it too.

I like kale with banana and coconut milk as a base. Then I will add other fruit depending on whatever we have on hand- pineapple is really good. Sometimes I throw in some flax or chia. The kids will always drink it as long as it is sweet enough. So if for some reason the greens seem overpowering I just add extra honey or juice or something.

My LO loves them! He's 10 months. I do a base of spinach, yogurt, 1/2 avocado and add whatever fruit of the day I have on hand. Today's was pear and blueberries.

I don't have a LO, but I make myself plenty of green smoothies. I use spinach, carrot juice, banana, orange juice, strawberries, and plain yogurt. Sometimes I will mix in some avocado. I will likely do the same for LO.

My go to green smoothie recipe is: spinach, pineapple, banana, white grape juice and ice. My LO loves it and will easily down a cup of it.

L has been having smoothies since she was like 9 months old, so she's never questioned their... nastiness. Haha. My typical smoothie is: apple, banana, carrots, celery, cucumber, beet, red cabbage, kale/spinach, chia, hemp, flax.

I'm really lazy about this but I am trying to make one every morning! I keep frozen fruit on hand and add abut a cup of that to about 2 cups of greens, a banana, about a cup of milk, and then if it is too thick I add water. Sometimes I use full fat greek yogurt instead of the milk and use a little more water. I don't really follow a recipe. I usually drink about 3/4 of this and he drinks the other 1/4.

I want to start making DS green smoothies because he's leafy green veggie intake is lower than what I'd like for him. He usually gets a lil bit of peas/broccli and random mixed veggies that are coupled in with our dinners. But, for the most part, still lacking. I'd also benefit from it too!

Does your LO drink green smoothies? Did they like them right away? What are your favorite/your LO's favorite recipes?
