It's basically raw broccoli, cubed cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and red onion in a mayo-based dressing. I'm sure if you google broccoli salad you'll find a lot of similar ones :)</p> <p>I don't have an actual recipe for the quinoa salad either (sorry, I'm the worst!). It's a cup of quinoa (I'll probably double it for the party) cooked in chicken stock, then you add in diced cucumber and tomatoes, crumbled feta and chopped scallions. The dressing is the juice of one lemon mixed with about 1/3 c. of olive oil.
