Make it conversational and ask questions based off questions they ask you. Then at the end, ask additional questions strategically based off their responses earlier that show you are thinking at the next level. It shows that some research was done ahead of time :) From the other side of being involved with interviewing I am always shocked when someone just says "nope!" at the end when they're asked if they have any questions.
