The percentages are only comparisons to population averages. Not how "well" your child is doing. A 2% kid can be doing really well, as long as they continue to follow the growth curve.

I measured and weighed E yesterday. At 14.5 months, he's 30.5 inches and 24.6 pounds. The kid has a little belly!

DD1 is 28 months and 37.5 inches tall, not sure on her weight, but at her 2 year she was 27 lbs. DD2 is 6 months old and 27 inches tall, and just over 16 lbs. Both are usually between the 80th and 95th for height, and 40- 50th for weight.

@HLK208: Doctor's offices use some funky percentiles! I think WHO/CDC is the standard?

The 86th %ile we were told recently was so off...
At 11 weeks, he's
23 inches (27th %ile)
11 lbs 12 oz (18th %ile)

It's been over a month since we had her 4 month appointment, but at that time she was 14 lb. 9 oz. and 25.75 in. I think she's chunked up quite a bit since then though since she's no longer spitting up as much now that her MSPI is diagnosed.

N (5 weeks): 9 lbs 12 oz and 21.5 inches
So 65th for height and 80th for weight
E (26 months): 30lbs and 34 inches
60th for height and 83rd for weight
B (5 years, 4 months): 40lbs and 43 inches
65th for height and 40th for weight

B use to be in the 70th-80th percentile for weight but dropped as he hit 4/5, so I'm thinking E and N might follow.

31.4 lbs (11%)
36.5 inches (3%)

I don't know anything super recent. She will be 1 next month. At her 9 month visit she was 21.5 inches long & 18.1 lbs. She was somewhere around d 50th & 60th percentiles for those. She's a tiny girl. Hitting all her milestones, eats enough that our grocery budget is a smidge bigger & has never had any weight gain issues. She is just small. At 11 months she STILL wears mostly 3 to 6 month out fits with a cloth diaper!
I love seeing her stats. I can't wait until her appointment next month!

C had his 2 yr appt on Tues. They said he was 37.5 inches tall and 33lbs. I think both are wrong. He would stand on the scale so a nurse held him and then weighed herself. Then he refuse to be measured so they laid him on the table. I swear she said 36.5 inches but she wrote 37.5. Either way, he's a big boy. Lol
