<description>&#60;p&#62;@fussygal: mine is pretty basic.  Just quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and feta.  Then I use a dressing from one of our local stores...it's a lemon/garlic dressing that I LOVEEEE.  I'm sure it would be easy enough to make at home with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic...but for some reason the one from the store is a bit more delicious :-)&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;@mrskc, Yeah it's a crockpot recipe! I'm using a tenderloin. It's 2 cans of root beer. I figure DH can put bbq sauce on it afterwards and I can eat mine dry. I'm going to add some onions and a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to the crockpot, though. We both love crockpot onions and spicy food.
