<description>&#60;p&#62;We are moving soon and so I need to use up a lot of food hoarded in the freezer so its going to be a weird menu for a while.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Right now, we've got:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;-Leftovers (fried chicken and sides or Indian curry and rice).&#60;br /&#62;
-Chili in the freezer plus cornbread and salad&#60;br /&#62;
-Homemade pizza (which will yield leftovers again) and salad&#60;br /&#62;
-Takeout for Bible study on Friday night&#60;br /&#62;
-Spiral ham with fixings.

&#60;p&#62;Last night DH grilled a steak (I don't eat meat but he is a total carnivore), and I cooked rice + beans and vegetable dumplings to go with.&#60;br /&#62;
Monday: Roasted cauliflower and chickpea tacos&#60;br /&#62;

Tuesday: Burgers with salad and leftover taco fixings&#60;br /&#62;
Wednesday: Greek salad wraps with homemade sweet potato fries&#60;br /&#62;
Thursday: Movie date night, we'll probably grab a quick bite out somewhere before we go (or I'll just eat theater popcorn and be totally happy with that for my dinner)&#60;br /&#62;
Friday: we are headed up to the cottage for the long weekend, so I'll have to talk to the fam about food plans &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don't plan lunches, but DH always has sandwich fixings kicking around, or he eats out. I generally eat leftovers. What are you guys eating this week?
