I've been having a fried egg and bacon sandwich for breakfast every morning. I use one slice of bread, one piece of bacon cut in half, and one egg. It's really good and pretty good on the protein.

I agree, greek yogurt with peanut butter is a staple of mine. I also bake crustless egg muffins on weekends with goat cheese and spinach, they are sooooo yummy

My nearly weekly breakfast bake: 1 cup of hashbrowns, a box of egg beaters, 13 oz or so turkey kielbasa. Some cheese. Bake at 350 for an hour. You can add whatever you want, but i've been short on time lately so i've been going the egg beaters route. Spinach..veggies...lots of options. Sometimes i do a few whole eggs+1 carton egg whites.

Cottage cheese, greek yogurt (unflavored), protein powder, shelled edamame, beef jerky, nuts, turkey and swiss cheese roll ups, boiled eggs, canned tuna, lentils, tofu

Look for paleo snacks. I love boiled eggs (we bake them) and make egg salad and deviled eggs. You can use avocado instead of mayo. Or just plain with salt. I love sunbutter and use that a lot. But I think things I like are super carby still like protein pancakes (1 egg, 1 banana though I have heard people use sweet potato or pumpkin, and sunbutter). Hummus.

Greek yogurt - I like Dannon Lite & Fit because it's low in sugar compared to the other brands and has 12 grams of protein.

I also found some Honey Nut Cheerios with protein, I'll eat those in the morning with almond milk. Otherwise I do cheese (I buy sharp cheddar individually wrapped), deli turkey (I'm not opposed to eating this some are), edamame, hummus and carrots, or a shake with protein powder in it.

I've been really hypoglycemic lately so my ob recommended eating more protein. But I'm out of ideas!
I was thinking of making up some crustless quiche/egg muffins. I grabbed some string cheese, cottage cheese and chicken breasts... But everything seems so high in carbs. Really needing some ideas because I'm tired of feeling so cruddy!
