Although the clothes you are registered for are super cute :-) Have you checked to see if your insurance covers a breast pump? Mine covered the Medela PISA for free, including a hands-free pumping bra (make sure you get one of these!). The things we use a lot that I didn't see on your registry: baby carrier (e.g. Ergo, Boba, Bjorn One, etc), an activity gym, a wetbag (to keep in your diaper bag with a change of clothes for LO), sleepsacks/swaddles, white noise machine, soothie pacifier, keekaroo peanut changing pad, first aid items (thermometer, Nose Frieda). I also love the Kiinde breastfeeding system -- saves a lot of time and super easy to use, although it's a little more expensive than just using other storage bags.
