We have a mini crib. DD1 used it until 22 months when we moved her to a full sized crib and passed the mini crib along to DD2.

We are planning on using the bassinet that came with our uppababy in our bedroom once our LO arrives, and after a couple of months transitioning her into the nursery with a crib.

I did a crib in our room, and I was very happy with it. I will do that again for my next LO. It was not really that hard to move when the time came, and LO got used to sleeping flat in the crib at night right away.

We used a pack and play (specifically the Nuna Sena). We also used the UB bassinet downstairs, but I'd say it wouldn't work for too long because the padding isn't very supportive and eventually their head leaves a dent. LO was on the small side, too.

We used the uppababy bassinet for the first 8-9 weeks. (We used the jolly jumper bassinet stand which I bought at BBB.) He had no trouble transitioning to the crib in his own room after that.

We have used a crib from day 1. It's pushed up against my side of the bed and has the side down. I didn't see the point in using a bassinet that would only last a few months.

For both LOs, we had the crib in our room. For LO2, we had both a bassinet and the crib. Depending on how the night was going she would either sleep in the bassinet, crib or in our bed!

We used our PNP, our oldest was 2 years, 2 months when #2 was born- we made the transition about 2ish months later, it worked perfectly! He was ready for the big boy bed by then and we were ready to kick our youngest out into his own room.

I had no need at all for a bassinet since you don't use them for very long, the PNP was perfect and we use it all the time when we travel, and as a mobile baby "cage"/ball pit when he's being a handful.

We had DD in the bassinet portion of our PNP in our room until about 3 months. Then it was her crib in her room. We had no trouble with the transition since we had her napping in her crib before we move her there overnight. But if you think you are going to need two cribs anyhow, I would just do the crib in your room.

We plan on using the crib. DS slept in the crib from day one and I'm very happy about that. I'm glad we never had to deal with transitioning him into the crib - we had enough sleep issues as it was. That said, we may end up using a bassinet if we can't transition DS to a big boy bed in time.

We are using a bassinet. We have a large master too, but the bassinet is right next to the bed, which I really like. We did the same with Xander and transitioned him to his crib in his own room at 3 months with no issue.

We had a bassinet in the bedroom and a PnP in the living room. Baby outgrew the bassinet by six weeks, and it didn't matter bc we used the rock n play instead!

Just something to consider - baby will outgrow the bassinet really quickly & you'll need aomethibf else!

We only have 2 bedrooms upstairs and plan on having baby sleep with us until they are sleeping better, and then he/she will move into their big brother's room. Our master bedroom is huge, in this case would you use a basinett (the one that came with our UppaBaby) or a real crib? DS will be 2 when LO arrives and I don't think he'll be anywhere ready to get out of the crib yet, so I don't mind buying a second one.

Our DS slept in his crib from his first night, we wanted him to get used to the crib right away!
