Which I get, but I wish someone would educate them. A whole lot easier said than done. </p> <p>I watched the documentary Shark Water, which was so incredibly heartbreaking. I understand it from a delicacy point of view, but it's no longer a delicacy, it's a trend, a very bad and destructive trend. </p> <p>I've also heard that the shark fins add no flavour to the soup, only texture.
