Never using their products again. Basically they gave me the option of shipping it to North Carolina for $75 to have it repaired. I'd rather put that money towards a mop that will actually work. </p> <p>I have only used distilled water and used it less than once a week. It's AWESOME. It's still annoying buying mop heads but this one works so much better than the Shark. I bought a Bissell instead and am so happy with it! They have a longer warranty period and when my vacuum broke, they sent me a brand new one immediately. Plus I feel like it gets the floors cleaner than the Shark and it's easier to push. It doesn't put out steam anymore all of the sudden. I contacted CS and got instructions to try and fix it, but it's not working. It's 3.5 years old, so I'm wondering if it's just time to get a new one. It's just odd that it suddenly stopped working. If you've had a Shark Steam Mop that suddenly died, about how long did you have before that happened? Thanks! </p>
