@wahine08: Yeah, I remember having a little bit of RL pain at the beginning of both pregnancies, like it would pinch when I sneezed or coughed. But this is quite different and lasting a long time.

@Lindsay05: If it is that painful I would absolutely call your OB or go into urgent care. It could be nothing but they might want to check things out anyway!

@loveisstrange: It is really painful. Very hard to get anything done. I would have thought it would be gone by now but I guess it's like straining any other ligament, it takes time to heal.

@Lindsay05: I have been having weird pinching cramping in my lower abdomen (most left side) for 2 days now as well. I can walk okay but it feels more significant then my normal aches and pains. I'm thinking it's round ligament pain because I noticed my belly is feeling pretty tight and I might be having a growth spurt or something. I'm 23wks.

I have an appt today and will ask my OB about it.

Could be. I had a lot of RL pain early on and it was REALLY painful.

Since yesterday evening I have been having sharp pains when I walk. It is to the point that I can barely walk because it hurts so bad. I know that I may have overdid it a bit yesterday and thought drinking lots of water and sleeping would make it go away but it is still bothering me this morning.

Round ligament pain?

ETA: I am 24 weeks.
