I didn't do any of the 3. I had every intention of doing so. But when you can't reach your vag. comfortably, trimming and shaving don't really seem important enough to contort to reach them. It really was a non-issue for my vaginal birth. I just have the hubs make sure I got most of it afterwards. I think he appreciates the effort more than any doctor will. Heck, they've seen it all anyways. My wax lady told me that it's more painful for shavers to get waxed because the hair has already been growing in in different directions...
