I didn't have a problem but if I missed a spot it didn't bug me. I've had winter days.

I shave in the bathtub, and that makes it a little easier. I can prop my leg up on the edge of the tub and move around easily to other positions if I need to.

@Anagram: Same. I didn't have any trouble so long as I could put my leg on the bench in the shower. But my lady bits were another story!

I just put my leg on the side of the tub and have no issues (I'm 38+3). And I just get waxed instead of trying to see my hooha!

We have a deep garden tub so I sit on the edge of it and shave. But if that wasn't an option, I'd use a bucket of water in a lawn chair in the back yard.

I'm dreading the leg shaving when I get to this stage, its already hard enough to tie my shoelaces at only 22 weeks.

All I can suggest is... switch to waxing!

@Anagram: Not being able to see my hooha has definitely made it more challenging. I have to ask DH how I did lol

I'm 40+ weeks and can shave my legs if I put my foot up in the corner of the shower but it has gotten harder to balance. Living in the south not shaving isn't really an option in the summer.

I gave up on doing it in the shower around 30 weeks. Right after my shower, I dry everything but my legs and shave them by putting my foot on the toilet seat. Then I rinse with a washcloth. The only bad part is my belly sometimes rubs the shaving cream off my upper legs when I lean over. It's faster and uses less water-- I might shave like this even when I'm not
pregnant.

@Foodnerd81: me too! I used to have to shave my legs every two or three days, now I can go a week or week and a half and it still isn't even that bad or dark. It's weird.

Instead of bending over, I have to lift my leg up and either put it on the side of the tub or the toilet - that helps. Or enlist your spouse's help?

I got a folding bench for the shower. It was a lot easier to do sitting down.
Or I would put my leg on the bench and bend/crouch so my belly was sort of between my legs.
I can't not shave my legs, it's a weird thing that I just have to do every couple of days!

hmm...I don't have any trouble shaving my legs (I'm 37 weeks and not flexible at all) as long as I can put my foot up on the ledge.

My hooha is another story. I use a mirror and some careful finagling for that part.

I am in the third trimester now too and am noticing I have more difficulty. My friend suggested sitting or lying in the bath tub and putting my leg up. Haven't tried it yet, but may need to in order to avoid hairy legs.

This is my first pregnancy and I just entered my 3rd tri (woo!).
Recently its been harder and harder to shave my legs in the shower. Its uncomfortable to bend over even when I put my leg on the bath ledge. I can't imagine once my bump gets even bigger how I am going to accomplish such a feat!

Any tips or tricks to help me out?
