Another good night- not as great as the last but she went down with no problem at 8, woke up around 3, ate, went right back to sleep, same thing at 5, and up a little after 7. I couldn't sleep for some reason so when he woke up at 3 I was glad to nurse her, hoping the hormones released during breastfeeding would help me sleep. No luck but it was a nice thought :)</p> <p>I really hope they are turning the corner (ignoring the 4 month regression coming up...) If anything getting her to sleep is SO much easier. We did our usual evening and bedtime routine, put her down drowsy but awake, with no tears, at 8, and she just woke to eat T almost 5. I wish I could bottle this and have it every night but just enjoying it as a one off for now!</p> <p>And I was asleep around 10:30 and woke up close to 5, so I got more than 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep, something that has not happened in months. Very happy mama here! </p>
