<description>&#60;p&#62;It sounds like you are all off to a great start!  I haven't quite managed the intensity that I intended but I have at least met the goal of being active in some way each day.  Most days it has been a walk during the day and 15 minutes of yoga before bed, I have done some pilates and I spent about an hour and a half doing intense gardening which left me with sore quads the next day!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My goal for the next few days is to do two runs and pilates.  I am going to sign up for a couple of 5k's and and 10k in the fall I think to give me a more tangible goal.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I was pretty good this weekend and I'm down a pound, for now. I decided to incorporate fish into my weekly dinner menu since I discovered my DH likes tilapia. Also for the first time in a while I didn't stuff my face last night at dinner, I stopped when i was full. I didn't actually work out, but I was very active and I plan on running tomorrow.

Weekends are a bit of a struggle but I try to work out both days of the weekend, and eat much better during the week to even it out (since I don't always make it to the gym during the week).  So far, 4lbs lost! I would LOVE to lose another 10 but i'd settle for 6 more, for a total of 10lb loss.

<description>&#60;p&#62;yay...i am so excited....the 30 Day challenge starts tomorrow ladies....lets keep each other motivated and post our progress here...i am excited to have more than 1 person hold me accountable...i just bought a $20 deal at a great Yoga studio in town so it was 20 classes for $20...i will be doing that a couple times a week...plus i am also try to join a gym....would it be worth it if we are TTC next month....hummm thought?

&#60;p&#62;It's organized by date, weight, workout, food log, then various comments. The yellow highlighted days mean we were &#34;good&#34; - and at the bottom you can see we have two tabs, the red is mine and the black is my friend's - we basically just created one Excel workbook with 2 sheets within the book. This is my actual food journal for the last couple of days, but we started this in the beginning of May.  We have done this before 2 years ago when I was getting ready to get married and it was a really helpful tool in keeping motivated! Hope this helps!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@pbandbaseball and @cole keeping a food journal really really helps.  what helps even more is that I share mine with a friend who is also trying to lose weight (via google doc, we just made an Excel sheet that we both have access to) to keep each other accountable, and we will comment, encourage, etc! It makes you think twice about the choices that you make throughout the day.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am in!  I find I do much better when I commit to do something daily as opposed to 3-4 days a week.  Over the past year my weight has crept up quite a bit more than I would even like to admit and we are planning to TTC in the fall so between summer and TTC it is time to get back on track.  I don't think 90 minutes daily is in the cards for me but I think I will aim for 8 hours a week.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am going to print out a &#34;star chart&#34; for myself and track my progress-- there is something great about getting to mark off on paper your accomplishment!  I am also going to call and make an appointment for a massage 30 days from now with the caveat that I have to cancel if I can't get in 8 hours a week.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@pbandbaseball I know I really should keep a food journal but sometimes if feels like a scary idea...

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm in! It sounds silly, but I've been struggling with 4 lbs for the past 3-4 months. Since I'm only 5'1&#34; that 4 lbs means my clothes don't fit - since it all went straight to my butt and hips. I've been very active and work out regularly, but the weight still isn't coming off so I know I need to eat less. Ideally, I'd like to be my previous size BEFORE TTC so I won't be starting out my pregnancy already bigger than I'm comfortable being.

<description>&#60;p&#62;so, we will officially start TTC in July. after postponing because of AFLAC....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;so in the meantime, i have challenged myself to a 30 Day shred, of sorts, I am pretty much challenging myself to work out minimum 1.5 hours a day...i got into working out last year and loved how i felt after, but i fell off the ban wagon. I guess this is my way of forcing my self to get back on...&#60;/p&#62;
