I'm not sure how healthy these are compared to ramen but I've gotten Thai Noodle cups before. I don't usually like the just add water soup cups but these were actually good.

I usually have fruit snacks, graham crackers, and dry cereal on hand... but then again, I eat like a toddler.

There is a bunch of pasta things that can be kept at your desk, you find it in the soup section I think or the tuna section. I will warn you it has a lot of sugar ... I couldn't eat them when I had GD and they have a short shelf life - a few months.

Ritz crackers and peanut butter!

For the freezer I was thinking about throwing in a frozen breakfast sandwich or a baggie of frozen chicken nuggets. Again nothing super healthy but at least its an option.

Cup noodles :silly:

Thankfully I have some cheap-ish eat out options so I don't usually eat my reserve food unless its like pouring rain or snow outside.

Nuts and those single-serve tuna packages with some crackers! Lots of protein so you don't need a bunch to get full. :)

I keep a few cans of soup, some minute rice in individual cups and a box of cereal. I used to have fruit cups and applesauce, but I ate those and haven't replaced them.

@regberadaisy: I keep chili and soup in the freezer at work (in individual containers) - they are perfect when I forget to pack!

Do you keep any emergency lunch options at your desk at work? For when there is no leftovers to pack?

I really didn't want to go spend $10 on a sandwich at the cafe downstairs. So instead I got a 5 pack of ramen noodles at Rite Aid. Ugh. There has to be healthier options I can keep at my desk?

I typically do oatmeal and granola bars for snacks/breakfast.

Freezer options also welcomed!
