I wouldn't risk it! But I work around adults. So I don't know what the rules are for kids being around them. She claims her doctor told her she wasn't contagious since she started meds, but she only came down with it two days ago. She wasn't honest with us last time she was sick, so I put my foot down and said no. DH thinks I'm being too harsh but I do NOT want my 8 week old contracting chickenpox! </p> <p>Does anyone else have experience with shingles? I'm wondering how long they need to wait to see him again. I put in a call to our pedi's nurse line but I know MIL will ask my husband again before they call me back. </p>
