@MsLipGloss: Well now that I see the heart ones, how could you resist?? They all are so cute. I can't wait to see what they have for spring/summer.

@Smurfette: Soooooo, confession time . . . I just bought the Adalynn in Red in both 3 and 4 . . . Hell, pretty sure this is the only baby I will ever have, so, that's that! But, c'mon . . . .

@Smurfette: The red heart sneaker isn't available anymore through the web site (it looks like maybe they've sold out of that print?. . . there are a couple of pairs around the web, but they are all full price (and then some in some cases, and I'm not familiar with some of the vendors, so, yeah . . . boooo!). I hope SKR brings it back!

They're supposed to start wearing uniforms at around 18 months? But from what I've seen it looks more like 24 months and up.

@MsLipGloss: I forgot that center has uniforms. When do they start wearing them? Yeah, I couldn't spend $40 on one pair for LO either. But the others are so cute. I am sure the red hearts will end up on sale.

@Smurfette: So, I bought both Adalynns (Silver and the Berry) in 3 and 4, and also the navy Reese in a 4 (it will go well with her uniforms when she starts wearing them). *gah* There is another shoe that I REALLY wanted (the Adalynn in red . . . hearts hearts and more hearts!), but in the couple of places I could find it it was about $40 bucks (not including shipping), which is probably too much for just a pair of cute sneakers. I digress . . .

I got the Charlotte black and silver, Evelyn pink, and Cody Hot pink. Then yesterday I ordered Evelyn navy and Devlin. I really wanted to get the Erica but I told myself she had enough.
My friend has given me some size 3 shoes from her daughter, but they aren't as cute as SKR ones.

@Smurfette: Probably, but I won't! :P For a couple of reasons . . . I think they will work well for transition shoes between size 3s and 4s, and in a month or two, they will probably be an okay fit.

I have 3 pairs of the 9-12 months . . . I have the Charlotte (again!) in grey and black patent, and the Erica (with the moon/star . . . the pink looks much better in person than what the web site shows).

And when you look at the sizing, the SKR web site indicates that the 6-9 month size is comparable to the Size 3s. I didn't find that to be accurate at all! But I think I have it figured out now . . . Size 6-9 months, Size 3s, Size 9-12 months, and then Size 4s.

Did I mention that I already bought her 3 pairs of Smaller by SKR? : / (although they are in the 9-12 month size). The 2 pairs of Size 3s I have for her I bought MONTHS ago, before I fully appreciated just how tiny her feet are!

@Smurfette: I just put LO in her first pair of See Kai Run Size 3s this morning . . . they're definitely a little big on her, but they seem to be a better fit than the 9-12 month Smaller by See Kai Run shoes that I bought for her (which are a little bigger than the size 3s). Here is what she has on today:

LO is making his way toward being a walker! He is 14.5 months old and is just now taking more than 3 steps at a time. We are excited but also terrified of the world we're about to enter :)

He has been wearing a pair of Pedi-Peds for the past few months but I would like to get him a new pair of shoes to help him learn to walk comfortably and confidently. We have been doing a lot of barefoot walking/practicing, but I'm not sure which kind/brand/style of shoe will be best for us next.

Shoe recommendations, please!
