You'd have nausea and vomiting most likely, but not always. My sister had appendicitis in high school and this was how it started out. He thought it was maybe a weird stomach bug at first and then over the day the pains kept getting worse. Next is gallbladder maybe Google that. I've had a few gallbladder attacks and they are intense gas like pains and I feel nausea. The come and go. When the come on, they are pretty bad and feel like a knife stabbing me in the stomach. When they go, I'm left with an achy back. I don't feel like I have to go to the bathroom but I do sometimes feel nauseous during the pain. </p> <p>Help me, Dr HellobeeGoogler. :wink: </p> <p>....we are closing on our old house today at 2 so this is super great timing!!!!!! Any suggestions for remedies would be greatly appreciated. </p>
