The only slightly annoying thing is that the washing instructions suggest hang drying it, and since it's quite puffy, it takes a full day to dry. It's a little pricey though, fits every large cart (costco &amp; target), their customer service rocks too! I washed my first one (in cold water) and the colors bled, they replaced it no problem and quickly. It does have a buckle, though I don't use it. It's hard enough to get the cover on when you're in a hurry and sometimes holding a baby and your purse. I think it's so fluffy that she just never wants to get out, the fluffyness holds her in.
