Hmm, ok so I actually have a Wal-Mart maternity puffy coat from my first pregnancy that I can definitely layer under. I was afraid I'd freeze my booty off, but you ladies are helping to convince me I'll be ok lol thank you!

I'm in the NE so it's already cold here and I need a coat but I'm also cheap. I just picked up a puffer coat in a larger size from walmart for $25 to get me through. It isn't super heavy but I plan on layering with it. They had previously sold a maternity puffy coat for $20 but it got ripped during my last pregnancy and I had to toss it.

Rather than getting an expensive coat, dress in layers! Get thermal shirts/leggings and keep layering and then you can still get your cheap Walmart coat in a larger size to accommodate the bump! I love Uniqlo's Heattech!

I need help bees. We are going on a 7-10 day camping trip in December and I need a coat. I live in the desert so I normally buy something cheap from Wal-Mart and call it good, but, we're going up north and its going to be cold.

Accuweather shows its historically in the 40s for the highs and in the teens for the lows. I realize that may not be that bad to some of you, but I get cold at 70 degrees lol

Also, I'll be 21/22 weeks pregnant. I'm thinking of buying a regular coat in a larger size, but I haven't decided yet.

So, sorry for the novel, but is there anything specific you'd suggest I look for while shopping? I don't want to freeze, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg either.

Thanks!!
