Have you tried charting? It might give you a clearer picture, at least as time goes by. As soon as you get a positive on the opk you should start trying, most of what I've read says every other day but there are probably arguments for more out there too. I think I would aim for about 4 days after a positive unless you happen to know the egg has been released (charting or ultrasound.) Good luck!

You aren't supposed to look at the lines on the CB tests, apparently they don't necessarily indicate anything. I will say that I always got a smiley face except for the last month I was ttc, even though I had a seemingly close to positive or positive cheapie. I am now about 11 weeks pregnant, even though according to CB I never ovulated haha. I can't speak to the long cycles, but I think it's ok.

So I had a mc in December. Since I have been Ttc. It took 9 weeks to get my period after my loss and I started to track ovulation immediately. Last month my cycle was incredibly long. It was a 49 day cycle. I used the clear blue advanced and it blinked for like a week straight so I really didn't know when I ovulated at all. So this month a friend told me to use the cheapie a first and then when it looked positive to go to the clearblue test. I have done that. I believe this is a very long cycle too... I am going to attach a picture the first is cd 24 it was a positive but I test again in the afternoon and it was negative. Just to try I tested again this morning cd 25 and to me they look almost exactly the same but it's negative. Is this normal? I am so confused. Also with a long cycle do I have a good chance at conceiving? I am very worried it going to keep me from getting pregnant. Thanks everyone!!!
