I know people with names that you think sound childish in the abstract, but in real life are just perfect... Like a Cappie in her 50's and a Bunny in her 70's. Poppy is not that different from Piper or Pippa and no one thinks that those would age poorly. </p> <p>If you are deeply concerned you could always give a big name that's rarely used.
