It was part of the three weeks that I didn't get paid. Which is awesome because that means I now get paid maternity leave through their short term disability plan.</p> <p>DS is due 11/24 and my maternity leave will include holidays for Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. I'm wondering how STD usually works in those cases - do you get paid holiday pay for those days - meaning I could have 4 more paid days of leave? </p> <p>How did your STD work with holidays? </p>
