So crazy it happened right out of the blue. I'm in the same boat, I wasn't doing anything strenuous and it was like I had just run a mile! Hasn't happened since and I hope it doesn't! @bluestriped-bee

Yup, I hear you on the shortness of breath. About 2 weeks ago, I created a thread about being out of breath. http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/anyone-out-of-breath-while-pregnant#post-2167437

It happened at work while I was sitting at my desk. It was so weird having that feeling while I was doing practically nothing.

As for the racing heart, I haven't had that yet.

Happy Mother's Day to you!

Happy momma's day to all!

Last night after a long day of shopping with my mom and going out to lunch I laid down flat on my back for a minute after my shower and started to feel my heart race. I got up and tried to relax and calm down my my heart continued to race like I had just gone for a run. My breath was also short. It was so out of the blue! My fiancée had me get in a cool shower and that seemed to help a bit. I've had a panic attack in the past from being over caffeinated and it felt almost like that (I had zero caffeine yesterday!)

Long story short, it seems like this can happen from time to time from what I've read and can be even triggered from laying on your back since the blood flow can be harder to get to the heart. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Something new in pregnancy everyday!!! :silly:
