@Mrs.B: I'm sorry! Feel better quick. Strep throat is a pain! I cant imagine a sinus infection and a cold on top of it! Not to mention being pregnant. The meds should help you so you'll be able to sleep. I hope you are able to sleep the day away!

@MrsB: I don't know how your practice works, but after a certain week (I want to say early third tri or so), my practice told me (for certain symptoms) to just go to L&D, and to not even worry about calling. I wish your Doc had been more sympathetic . . . being stressed and concerned about your LO makes it so much harder to concentrate on feeling better! I swear no matter how crappy I feel, the second I hear butterbean's heartbeat I feel infinitely better.

@Mrs.B: UH I HATE it when you get an unsympathetic on call doctor. I had to call once in the middle of the night at 15 weeks because I was vomitting bile and I was so so happy that it was my primary who was on call that night so she knew me and knew I wasn't just being dramatic and I was really sick. She sent me right to the OB ER which is a good thing because I was crazy dehydrated.

The on call doctor is making me tough it out and go to my regular Dr. today for an apt. Booooo and all she said I could take was freaking Tylenol which does nothing. I'm 34 weeks and so ready for this to be over.

Sorry you're feeling bad! :( I think I would call since this is ongoing and you're throwing up. Not sure how far along you are, but are you sure the abdominal pain isn't contractions? That could also contribute to the vomiting. Anyway, I would call for sure! Try to stay hydrated too. Hope you feel better soon!!

Tonight is the 2nd night I have not slept at ALL! I have gotten 0 sleep. I haven't even been able to doze off a little. My throat is sore, I have an ear ache, my nose is stuffed and runny, I have a head ache, I'm getting off and on upper abdominal pain, I'm now throwing up and feel like death at this point. Should I call the emergency line? Or tough it out yet another night. It's 4am and I'm so miserable.
