Thanks ladies! I called. They're not too terribly concerned with the scar since my most recent ultrasound came back normal. She said a lot of times scar tissue develops behind the incision and to massage it. She was more concerned with the shortness of breath. I'm drinking a ton of water and lying down to rest on my side.

Yes.

My rule of thumb is if I have to ask if I should call, the answer is always yes.

I just called the number I normally call to make an appt and I couldn't figure out how to get a hold of someone on call. They left a number "in the event you have an obstetrical emergency and or in labor"--do I call that number?

I'd call!! Just to put your mind at ease. My midwife said she gets upset thinking people are sitting at home worried about something because they are worried they will be a bother if they call, so just call! :)

I bet it's nothing but I would still call. I don't take any chances with pregnancy related things. I hope your Dr can give you some reassurance and that you feel better!

I would call. The worst it could be is a false alarm but that is why you have a doctor.

Should I call the doctor or am I being paranoid? I'm 15 weeks with my 2nd and I have shortness of breath and my csection scar hurts. Is this normal? I forgot to tell my doctor last time that I've been feeling a slight pain around my scar area at my last appointment.
