BC never helped my period symptoms and actually think made them a little worse. I went on a limb and after having LO tried an IUD and had really bad side effects, so I'm staying off of birth control. Like, double up and change on the our heavy... We're thinking of TTC next summer, so if I go back on, it'd really be for like 6-8 months. Is it worth it? I don't mind going back on it, last time I conceived 3 cycles after I came off of it. But it also seems kinda lame to just get back on it for not even a year. </p>
