If this was a younger baby I would say pump so you don't loose your supply and in case there are extra wake ups tonight if he's hungry. He does this every couple of weeks and LO always takes a whole bottle of breastmilk no problem and then i pump later in the evening and I usually pump out the equivalent of what LO drank (about 4 ounces).</p> <p>Tonight for some reason, LO refused to drink a drop from the bottle - but still went to sleep ok and is down for the night now. So i am wondering for the sake of my supply, do I need to pump anyway? I am afraid if I do, then LO will wake up earlier than usual because he is hungry and my breasts will be empty and we will have to try bottle again.</p> <p>FYI: LO is 12 months and has also lately refused the occasional bottle at lunch when I am not around - in those cases I didn't pump as I was available to nurse him a couple of hours later. Tonight is different since he is bed for the night and usually wakes 0 - 1 times to nurse anyway. </p>
