She hasn't acknowledged that I'm pregnant other than emailing our friends when we found out we were having a boy (we didn't tell her, she read it on WB). When the baby comes, should I just let her find out on her own that he's arrived or should I send her an email? If I send her an email, is including her in a mass email ok or should she get an individual one? </p>
