Bottles, blankets, diapers, wipes, toiletries, car seat, bouncy seat, crib sheets, toys, books, baby proofing items, feedings items like cups and bowls are all easy as far as gender neutral. We didn't put any clothes on there but you could put neutral sleepers or white onesies on there. Being team green was great for gifts though! We got everything useful from the showers, and people were kind enough to send little girly outfits when she arrived. The A&amp;A blankets are green/white/yellow more, as are the swaddles and stuff, but otherwise it's pretty much the same. I didn't register for much in terms of clothes-- some basic white onesies and a few sleepers. I figure people like to pick out baby clothes anyway. Most registry is neutral anyways (like diapers, wipes, lotion, etc).
