Elastic about 1/3 of the book together and then the other 2/3 together. Draw a rectangle on the larger section and while holding the pages, cut through to a few pages before the cover. Glue each section together, and place gifts inside the hole. I'd love something that related to the book theme, but I'm open to all ideas. So far I've thought of cosmetics (something from Nordstrom or Sephora), movie tickets, and a cute necklace. None of these relate to the theme, but they'll work if I can't come up with something.</p> <p>Ideas? </p>
