Either simple cake in the break room at lunch, or do something later in the afternoon when the majority of things are tapering off. (I work in manufacturing and most people leave between 2:30 and 4.) </p> <p>I just got the invite today and it's from 11 to 1! I don't know what to do because I really feel that it's inappropriate to have people spend 2 hours (paid) on something like this and I've said this in the past when other shower have been done. What would you do? </p>
