For example I watched New Girl from the beginning on Netflix and while I did binge a little it was a lot easier for me to stop it if I needed to do something. Also they're only about 25 minutes long so perfect for like a nursing session or whatever. I also just decided to start watching The Office from the beginning. I was in love when it was on air and decided it would be a nice light easy watch for the summer. </p>
