<description>&#60;p&#62;I know shushing is a newborn thing but I swear it still works like magic for my almost 1 year old. I'll sing him to sleep and he does a whine/cry along almost louder to match my volume. I give in and start shushing and he falls right asleep. I guess he's just used to it! Pavlov type response. I prefer to sing it's less boring and annoying to my brain. I'll do whatever gets him asleep though!
