You cannot download photos at their highest quality. I've actually been pretty pleased with the quality of prints I've gotten, even ones as large as 11x17. Mind you, normal point and shoot photos I would keep smaller, but if you have large professional files like I did (like for my engagement pics), they turned out great. I would say their print quality is comparable to Walgreens or Target--not great but not bad.
