I've been pretty lucky with LO though she has hardly been sick at all, I think she missed one day so far (she started daycare at 5 months and is now 10.5 months). Also I drink a cup of apple cider vinegar a day, and my husband and son take absorbic acid at the first signs of a cold about 3 times a day. </p> <p>I wonder if this is true for preschool kids as well, my memory doesn't go back to when my son was going. A bit different, but essentially my doctor said that daycare kids usually have 2 really rough winters, and then their immune system is solid! Not too mention learning how to pick her nose mmmm. The next year expect him to be sick every three weeks. The third winter is when he should be ok an only get sick once a month. </p> <p>This is our second winter in daycare and so far it has been true!
