Try Tylenol Cold and lost of water/sleep. Really, just try to rest. Even if you don't want to take off work, do it. It's worth it and your work will understand, I'm sure! No one wants a sick person at work anyways... feel better soon!!

I'm currently sick at 12w4d. I'm living off of saline spray and Kleenex since I can't use anything. Today's the first day, I've felt the best since it started. I've done lots of sleep and hydration. I had an ultrasound today, baby's just chilling out when I go through this cold. The cold made my nausea worse. So, that's been fun.

I got sick once. :( I was super stuffed up and couldn't taste anything or smell for a couple of days! I rested, stayed super hydrated and took some tylenol when my temperature went up a little.
Hope you feel better soon! My OB gave me a sheet of things I could take and couldn't take when I got sick.
Try the netipot for some nasal relief if it gets bad.

I made it to 33 weeks without getting sick, but now I finally got a nasty cold. I'm so miserable -- stuffy and achy now on top of all of the regular discomforts of pregnancy. Did any of you get sick while you were pregnant? Any great tips for feeling better when you can't take any decent medication?
