However he was always accommodating with getting me in for a quick ultrasound. Glad it's just a uti, drink lots of fluids. My temperature reached 103 degrees. Push the fluids and rest as much as possible. Keep taking tylenol, my husband would wake me up during the night to take it every 4 hours. Backache could be a sign of a kidney infection which would need to be treated ASAP. When I was 8w I was hospitalized and they thought I might have had one but I didn't, but I remember all the drs and nurses saying that could get worse quickly during pregnancy. As far as the fever goes, 99.9 isn't that high thankfully so I think your baby will be fine from that! I'd just continue the tylenol and be sure to hydrate as much as possible. Fevers can dehydrate you even if you aren't having obvious symptoms of dehydration. (That's what sent me to the ER at 8w..but I had something pretty nasty and uncommon.) </p>
