We also did tummy time when LO was congested though I'm sure a few days without tummy time is fine. I think tummy time helped with nasal drainage. It was actually lying on her back that was uncomfortable for her!

Skipping a few days of tummy time won't hurt, though my LO loves to be on her tummy when her nose is congested, I think it has to do with the draining.

I still put LO on her tummy when she was congested. The worst thing that happened is that we got a bunch of snot on the playmat. Of course, make sure it doesn't make it harder for him to breathe.

I still put my baby on her belly even when she is congested. She likes being on her tummy though and prefers to sleep that way

LO has a little cold, mostly nasal congestion. Should we skip tummy time because of the congestion? I've been trying to keep him at an incline to help with his breathing. I know tummy time is super important with helping with his milestones. Thoughts?
