I personally think it's fine. Like @blackbird: said, you'd never get to go anywhere or see anyone!

I think if you did that, you'd never go anywhere.

I mean, if one kid is sick, you still send the other to school. So...I'd do it.

So my daughter woke up with a high fever yesterday but it's been progressively going down - the last I checked she was at 99.4 and it had been 6 hours since she last took Advil. She has no other symptoms and is in pretty good spirits.

I have a weekly mom's group I attend that provides childcare for my son (my daughter usually attends school MWF mornings) and it meets tomorrow. My husband has offered to work from home tomorrow morning so that I can still go and have some time out of the house (I'm a SAHM), but I'm not sure what the "rule" is about exposing other kids to a child with a sick sibling. My daughter's school asks that we keep her home until she is fever-free (under 100 degrees) without meds for 24 hours. But what about siblings? My son is acting fine and doesn't seem sick at all, but is it poor etiquette to expose other kids to him if his sibling has been sick, even if he's been healthy?

ETA: My husband needs to get work done while working from home so I couldn't leave my son with him. My daughter is old enough that she can entertain herself more easily for the most part for the 1.5-2 hours I'd be gone.
