Every visit aside from routine well visits had a copay. Even more annoying, our primary provider was actually a nurse practitioner and insurance charged a specialist copay instead of a pcp copay! It's a 3 day treatment at $30/ visit. Today, his ears may have improved enough not to need the third injection, but I have to pony up the dough to make it out of the waiting room. At the rate we visit the doctor or urgent care we could put another LO in daycare for a month! Is your Ped like that too? </p>
