There's no reason to suffer when there's a safe medication available that can work wonders. It will make you feel like a different person.</p> <p>For the anxiety between doctor visits, I felt the same way so I got a home Doppler from Craig's list. I had no morning sickness in the first trimester and was gloating that I'd seemingly escaped it, and then it hit with a vengeance right around the same point you are now. To the point that every time I stood up between 2pm-10pm I puked. So gross. But it subsided again after a couple weeks (and a diclectin prescription). I will be 16 weeks tomorrow and it's gotten better so hopefully there's some reassurance for you. </p> <p>I also feel like the time between visits is really long. :( I get worried often but I try to keep positive mantras in my thoughts daily. You're not alone but I'm sure everything will be fine. Just keep being positive and try to rest while you're not feeling well. I had all day nausea until week 24 with my first. I would call my mom and tell her I could never be pregnant ever again - and here I am pregnant with #2. Hopefully it will go away soon but I know how incredibly exhausting it is to feel sick all day, every day for weeks and weeks. I felt like I was at my breaking point mentally so often. And it didn't help when people would tell me "at least you're sick for a good reason"...it was still so tough. And going 4 weeks between appointments is tough early on for the first pregnancy (you don't have time to think about it with your second). If it will help you feel better you could always buy a Doppler for home use. I've been nauseated daily from about 7 weeks. Now, I'm not able to keep my breakfast down at all. Anyone else? </p> <p>Secondly, I feel like I get so uneasy between doctor visits. Since I'm not showing and can't feel the baby yet, I worry. I love the reassurance of seeing my baby on ultrasound or at least hearing her heartbeat via doppler. The time between visits is so hard on me. Anyone else feel this way? </p>
