I don't know if the B6 helped or what. Part of the problem is that I started taking it on CD21 since I thought that's when I Oed but then it looked like I Oed on CD28. I don't know if the fact that I took it for those 7 days did anything? But I also read that taking too much vitamin B6 can be harmful because excess amounts of B6 can cause nerve damage. I tried 50mg the next month, but it didn't lengthen my LP so I stopped it. And I'm taking it again this cycle to see if it helps lengthen it, and at CD11 so far I haven't had any tingling. I think I'd probably at least reach out to my doctor or a nurse and ask them what they think, since you've been having this tingling for like a week now?
