I did *not* lose weight, much to my disappointment. My skin got oilier-- not totally oily, but I used to have pretty dry skin and now I don't. The worst was I got really bad hormonal headaches-- I've always gotten bad headaches, but I had a couple of real doozies as my hormones got back on track (they kicked up again when I got pregnant, too). And I spotted pretty heavily before my period, which was just annoying. </p> <p>My list of negatives is a lot longer, but it's hard to explain how much better I felt. I don't plan to ever go back on the pill, even after we are done with babies. Any experience out there?</p> <p>I stopped taking it about a week ago for the first time in about 10 years! So far, no real changes but getting weird cramps at a time when I shouldn't be ovulating or getting AF. </p>
