But most of the time we use the Packit because it can fit the regular yumbox, a water bottle, and the snack size yumbox. Our day care/pre k has a fridge for each group so the lunch stays cold. But our elementary only has fridges in about half the rooms. I put one flat ice pack on the bottom since that’s where the food is. And sometimes one on the top.<br /> The Packit is amazing! I love it. I use a PackIt freezable lunch box for my oldest (starts K tomorrow - we used it last year for pre-K too) and keep it in the freezer overnight. I just stick her Bentgo inside in the morning and it stays cold literally all day long.
